Service
Subject To Your Compliance With These Terms And During The Subscription Period, D Orange Grants You A Limited, Non-Exclusive, Revocable Right To Access And Use The Service For Your Internal Business Purposes.
API And Application Usage
If Applicable, Our APIs Must Be Used in Accordance With The API Policies We Implement. You May Download And Install Mobile Applications Provided By Us To Access The Service, Subject To Compliance With These Terms.
Service Availability
We Strive To Ensure Uninterrupted Access To The Service. However, There May Be Planned Maintenance Or Emergency Downtimes. While We Will Make Reasonable Efforts To Notify Users Of Planned Downtime, We Are Not Liable For Any Service Interruptions.
